AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or errors;

You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before use.
GVisionIA makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or business outcomes of AI-generated outputs.
7. Acceptable Use

Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities;
AI-generated inaccuracies;
Downtime or third-party service interruptions.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to GVisionIA during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We do not guarantee:
Specific business results;
Lead generation outcomes;
Revenue increases;
Platform uptime without interruption;
AI performance accuracy.
Results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GVisionIA and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
Your use of the Services;
Violation of these Terms;
Violation of laws or third-party rights.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for:

Non-payment;
